Our team was appointed to formulate a user experience strategy & implement the revamp of Hang Seng Bank's Business Banking secured site, which no longer met the expectations of users nor fulfilled the global digital strategy of HSBC Group. A dedicated team first formulated pragmatic design principles, which became the foundation for the development of variance UX components.
I joined the team as a user experience designer, collaborating with other designers to revamp the platform.
